Tinplate is steel coated with a fine layer of tin, making it a high quality safe packaging material for food items like cookies, candies, chocolates, and oils. A food grade lacquer is coated inside the tin to prevent corrosion and interaction with food products.
It depends on the product size. Typically MOQ is 5000 pieces for normal sizes, while smaller sizes may require larger quantities, especially when printing is involved.
We produce pre-production samples before mass production and conduct strict inspections during production to ensure quality standards.
Yes, in addition to traditional glossy and matt varnishes, we can provide crackle, wrinkle and pear varnishes among other special effects.
The most popular formats are CDR and AI. PDF and PSD files are also acceptable, provided they have a resolution of no less than 300 dpi.

BI have been looking for this tray for years. My old one is falling apart from wear. Legs are coming off and bending the tray. I have ordered and bought many through the years and yet none of them were right. I thought this tray was a little expensive for the item, but after receiving it I would gladly pay it again. I have been though a lot of medical problems and I have to have my food brought to the couch where I sit and placed on my lap. I am not thin and the curves fit perfectly. If I had one thing I would like is more designs! I am over 60 so not just a child's tray.
