Tinplate is steel coated with a fine layer of tin, making it a high quality safe packaging material for food items. A food grade lacquer is coated inside to prevent corrosion and interaction with food.
Typically MOQ is 5000pcs for normal sizes. Smaller sizes may require larger quantities due to printing requirements.
We produce pre-production samples before mass production and conduct strict inspections during production.
Yes, in addition to traditional glossy and matt varnishes, we offer crackle, wrinkle and pear varnishes.
We accept CDR, AI, PDF and PSD files with resolution no less than 300 dpi.

BI have been looking for this tray for years. My old one is falling apart from wear. Legs are coming off and bending the tray. I have ordered and bought many through the years and yet none of them were right. I thought this tray was a little expensive for the item, but after receiving it I would gladly pay it again. I have been though a lot of medical problems and I have to have my food brought to the couch where I sit and placed on my lap. I am not thin and the curves fit perfectly. If I had one thing I would like is more designs! I am over 60 so not just a child's tray.
