Operiamo più di 10 linee di produzione automatiche con officina senza polvere e più di 30 linee di produzione manuali per soddisfare le diverse esigenze degli ordini. La nostra fabbrica di stampa su metallo garantisce il controllo qualità, l'efficienza dei costi e la consegna affidabile.
Siamo un produttore con 30 anni di esperienza nella produzione di lattine. Operiamo cinque fabbriche, tra cui il nostro stabilimento di stampa di fogli di metallo.
La latta è acciaio rivestito di stagno, un materiale di imballaggio sicuro e di alta qualità per gli alimenti. Applichiamo una lacca per uso alimentare all'interno per prevenire la corrosione e garantire la sicurezza alimentare.
Il MOQ standard è di 5000 pezzi per le dimensioni normali. Le dimensioni più piccole possono richiedere quantità maggiori, soprattutto per i disegni stampati.
Produciamo campioni di pre-produzione ed effettuiamo ispezioni rigorose durante la produzione.
Sì, forniamo vernici screpolate, a rughe e perlate, oltre alle finiture lucide e opache standard.
Preferiamo i file CDR e AI, ma accettiamo anche i formati PDF e PSD (risoluzione minima 300 dpi).

BI have been looking for this tray for years. My old one is falling apart from wear. Legs are coming off and bending the tray. I have ordered and bought many through the years and yet none of them were right. I thought this tray was a little expensive for the item, but after receiving it I would gladly pay it again. I have been though a lot of medical problems and I have to have my food brought to the couch where I sit and placed on my lap. I am not thin and the curves fit perfectly. If I had one thing I would like is more designs! I am over 60 so not just a child's tray.

RIt was absolutely perfect like the ones I had as a kid!! My dad has been using them since I grew up and one leg had come off and there was a hole so I was so happy to find him a brand new one! He was so happy! U would think I bought him something that costs a million bucks!! Works great! Thank you!!
