We are a manufacturer with 30 years' experience in tin can production. We operate five factories including our own metal sheets printing facility.
Tinplate is steel coated with tin, a high-quality safe packaging material for food. We apply food-grade lacquer inside to prevent corrosion and ensure food safety.
Standard MOQ is 5000 pieces for normal sizes. Smaller sizes may require larger quantities, especially for printed designs.
We produce pre-production samples and conduct strict inspections throughout manufacturing.
Yes, we provide crackle, wrinkle and pear varnishes in addition to standard glossy and matt finishes.
We prefer CDR and AI files, but also accept PDF and PSD formats (minimum 300 dpi resolution).

BI have been looking for this tray for years. My old one is falling apart from wear. Legs are coming off and bending the tray. I have ordered and bought many through the years and yet none of them were right. I thought this tray was a little expensive for the item, but after receiving it I would gladly pay it again. I have been though a lot of medical problems and I have to have my food brought to the couch where I sit and placed on my lap. I am not thin and the curves fit perfectly. If I had one thing I would like is more designs! I am over 60 so not just a child's tray.

RIt was absolutely perfect like the ones I had as a kid!! My dad has been using them since I grew up and one leg had come off and there was a hole so I was so happy to find him a brand new one!
